Low carb & calorie recipes

I made some 97 fat free ground turkey and put some taco seasoning with a wheat mission low carb bread, and had some egg whites, spinach & couple slices of turkey bacon.

Probably gonna intake a lil more calories today, never had a problem with that if I ate clean.

Pinned my tren and had mini tren cough with some pip so that sucked and messed with me, gonna hit the gym
 
One trick I’ve learned over the years. I’ve never been a big soda pop drinker…like maybe one a year. Now beings I’ve got health issues and wanting to lose some fat… I drink a diet Dr Pepper…I usially take 2 days to drink a 16 ounce bottle. Kind of “break glass in case of emergency “ munchies. It’s got zero everything and 1/2 bottle a day isnt too much.

Made some zucchini noodles last night, cherry tomatoes, shrimp, garlic, green peppers, with this red pepper tomato sauce puree, it was pretty damn good way better than it looks. Used a little bit of turmeric for coloring and those noodles felt like real pasta for the moment. Threw a little bit of turkey bacon in it.
 
Oh man the DIET SODA definitely helps. You get any bloat? I just switched to zevia over the diet brands and man I get no bloat & my sugar stays at the same level. I’ll drink 2 throughout the day and still good but I don’t wanna make it a habit lol
 
What else natural pro biotics do you recommend bro, I do have trouble with digestion even eating clean
 
I need some help definitely with that my go to pro biotics are ok but I don’t want that beach belly issue anymore
 
I do get a little bloated if I drink a can with a meal, with that zevia I don’t. I also find the carbonation helps with my digestion a bit
 
100% improvement! I’m not exaggerating when i say beachball.

I didn’t change anything except started those and little to no bloat.
 
Keep in mind I’m a fat smelly sweaty old man so my very little bloat might be different. Taco/burrito night was painful!
 
Honestly I don’t have those issues so I really don’t know what to use that is the best.

I believe that @Poppy and @NeuroRN have a dietary supplement that helps clear them out I don’t use dietary supplements really
 
I’ve learned a lot of foods actually make me feel super bloated. Especially during a bulk. All those bagels and ice cream.

Those enzymes actually help a lot. At least for myself and @Poppy

My wife takes two in the morning and it’s helped her as well.
