MARCH 14TH INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi Motherfuckers. No gym today,just work.i ate like shit all day.
Breakfast egg,sausage,white American cheese on a plain bagel,home fries with jalapeños,strawberry quick.
Lunch was a 10 piece nugget,and a big Mac meal,vanilla shake.
1st dinner was hamburger helper,with half pound ground beef,half can of chic peas.
2nd dinner I'm not sure about,but it will be unhealthy that I'm sure about,Chinese maybe.

That's all they left. Just ate some NY steak, potatoes and onions and some mixed veggies.

Gotta get up early or fight for food around here. 2 teenage boys.

I just cooked 4 pounds of steak, 8 small russet potatoes and a whole onion and probably 3 pounds of veggies. I'll be surprised if there's anything left. Got mine first tho.
 
I could imagine...I have a 13 year old daughter and I can't even keep up with change in her likes and dislike of food.
