March 19th diets and lifting

Late morning,I slept til 10am,fuckin bum…so breakfast was 2 pancakes,3 HB eggs no yolk,pine apple,R1,water.
Lunch is sushi,plain bagel and a salad.mini meal tween lunch and dinner will be protein shake,3tbl spoons a 🥜 butter and another plain bagel.Im making tilapia for dinner with rice and some kind a veggie.i can’t wait to start my garden to have my own fresh veggies,anyways I’m doin chest today also decided to start my cycle early,(was suppose to be April 1st) I haven’t cycled since last June 8 months.
I am using all @GearChurch compounds.
Test c 250 per week.Split two shots mon-thurs.
NPP 250 split into 3x a week.
Proviron 75mg daily
I havea few PWOs, DBALL/TNE injectable mix.

I have adex on hand.
Couple different things for me,I’ve never started a cycle this low and then worked the mgs up.stay the same the whole cycle.I usually don’t use short esters either.i will weigh in tomorrow morning,the proper way,I will weigh in soon as I wake up, go to the bathroom,no clothes on.
My guess is it will be 189-192.Im talking to much.Hope everyone has a great weekend
 
Just had a half pint of fat free cottage cheese, 1/3 chopped chicken breast spiced with garlic, onion, and pepper, blueberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, and banana. It wasn’t a lot of calories. The portion of everything filled the pint sized cottage cheese container. Earlier I had a protein/oat shake. I’ll do my 40 minute cardio walk up the hills later then have 1/2 pound chicken breast and half box of low sodium rice-o-roni chicken flavor. Then most likely just two more protein/oat shakes, and an emergenC plus fish oil capsules and vitamin/mineral/veggie/fruit powder tablets.
Today is an only cardio day.
 
You had everything sounding great and delicious,I was so happy you were eating chicken instead a turkey,then you fuckin killed it with your last sentence.
 
Same shit to eat. Can’t wait for tomorrow nights cheat meal. These next 4 weeks are going to be tough for me dieting wise. Like no man’s land. At least at 8weeks the end is in site. Also flying out to Arizona to do a mini camp with my buddy who is one of the best strength coaches in the world. Nothing to do but train, eat, tan and shoot guns.
