Don’t get me wrong, I will eat the hell outta that chicken your making, we’re gaving people over for football so I’m gonna eat all day, whatever I can fit in and I will go to bed prob around 197, and wake up at 193 it’s a vicious cycle
well lol you could say that although when I am pressed to get macros in I will drink my protein … and for some reason I do very well with it … however, I am the exception not the rule.
As raw as possible is best in my opinion but unlike beef or tuna poultry and pork need to be cooked thoroughly of we get deathly sick. I have a buddy who but beef cubes and chews them raw and sucks all the blood out and spots the meat out. He’s in fantastic shape but I really can’t say how legitimate this process is for protein.
I agree with @KodiakGrrl i usually eat more of the same food im already eating for a refeed that way you dont mess up your digestion and your ability to get all your meals in for the day. We have all eaten something that just sits in your stomach for half the day making you bloated full of gas and not hungry at all. Thats no bueno!!
I like my steaks rare enough that I have to stab them to keep them from running off the table tuna should never be cooked … seared maybe but not cooked and if pork or chicken isnt cooked I will puke just on prinicple …
Grrl that’s what I was saying. In my head it was clear but it don’t always transfer to text the same way. Raw eggs are great as well. At first I would puke now I can do a whole dozen.
