That I do not know. I’ll look up tren in anabolics book when I get home… I get super lethargic on clen… I wonder if it has something to do with the increase in basal metabolic rate.
 
It is a good question. I’m on week 2 into 3 of tren and I am starting to feel the same way.

I notice a little bit of lethargy with Tren, as well. I honestly chalk that up to sleep though and my AI. I hydrate a bunch during day and keep a 32oz bottle of water next to bed at night. I sweat my ass off for probably the first 10 weeks before i started adjusting stuff a bit. With all of the damn hydrating, I get up to piss twice a night and only average a good 6.5-7 hours of sleep with that and sweating mixed in. I adjusted AI back a bit, still piss twice a night on average, but have reduced sweating mostly. I think I got the idea from @John on backing down higher carb intake with dinner and later, which could contribute to that and it has worked fairly well on the days I remember to follow it. Not sure if this will help, but it some more individual ideas that worked for me and some others.

Of course I am not on VAR or HGH along with the Tren.
 
Lots of good info here brothers!!! I take my HGH in morning. Maybe I should try at night to sleep better!!! I will try stop eating carbs later in day. Night sweats don’t bother me much anymore I have a fan blowing in my face. Can’t wait for the B12 and see how that works. On the brighter side took kids to special ops laser course today. The smallest and me were on a team we won . Kids had a blast shooting each other lol.

HGH in the morning? Interesting what I was told and read. HGH should be taken post workout OR prior to bed. I’ve been doing that. Curious if it really matters that much or not. I’ve just been doing what I was told and read… 😁

Before bed I never was a fan of these are just my experiences no medical reasons I guess morn fasted is when I’m taking it but it’s preworkout because I work out in morn I don’t have room for it post workout I think I heard someone maybe rich pianna say you will know it’s real if you take it and workout because you will get a great pump on this I agree when I take it pre workout I get a nice pump and that’s not on cycle with my trt

I believe GH and cortisol are inversely proportionate to one another, which is why some sponsors encourage a protocol of GH upon waking in the morning.
 
What about the fasted deal with it I get not eating a big meal with it but would a small amount be ok. It’s killing my workouts I’m morn taking hgh fasted then cardio then workout I have no gas in the tank last time I took hgh I was working out in evening I took it with no food but I had been eating my meals all day so I had some gas for workout I am at the very least 2 times as strong at night

What about after ? You think before is better i am only talking enough to get me into a workout not a steak and eggs breakfast.
 
I believe you still need to wait. Of course I can’t find the article now, but it has something to do with the insulin spike of food interacting with the GH.
 
Correct @NeuroRN. @Outlawthing Your insulin will spike when you eat and negate the GH. May as well not take it at all. I take mine right after I pee in the morning upon waking up. Then wait 60 minutes to eat. Or you can eat first and wait 60 minutes. I eat 6 raw eggs and a banana 60 minutes after if I am working out shortly after like in the morning. I feel that the raw eggs break down fast to give me more long term energy in the gym. The banana gives me the quick boost and feeling of satisfaction. Oh and a small glass orange juice.
