Mental Focus! Mental Strength

Guys, everybody goes thru periods like these. Pro bodybuilder, athlete, soldier, entrepreneur, everyone. You are not alone in this. Allow yourself a min and focus on what’s bothering you, wife, husband, work, injury, whatever it is focus on it. What is the problem? Is it in my control? How can I fix it? Come up with a plan then fucking put it to bed. Shoulder hrts? Fuckit , guess I’m training legs. Stuck trying to lose weight, guess I’m doing extra cardio and mixing in a salad. Wife’s not happy? I’m going out of my way to show her appreciation and gratitude. Stop with the fucking excuses and whining, it gets you nowhere. Combat it with actions. Your mind is much stronger than you think, and your body can take more pain tje you can imagine. Harden up, find the silver lining and ducking WORK!

My personal thing is I find reason for everything. Worlds going to shit. So I look it like this. I gotta be bigger, faster and stronger then the next guy to protect my family. That’s my goal and what’s important to me. Then I break it down to what needs to be done to fix things.

Everyone has different reasons and motivation. You just gotta find yours and push thru.
 
No not yet got a week to go. I felt a lot better mood wise the last two days. Think it was really just me getting of the seraqual that I use for sleep. Started making me feel like not myself. I’d rather feel like myself and not sleep then feel like that

Me personally,I dont gotta be bigger,stronger, then the next guy,just faster on the draw,my failure to stop drill is on point,two to chest,one to the head.
 
Gotta shut it out. Weather that’s limiting negative people,avoiding the news, social media, honestly it’s a fuckin task to avoid all the bullshit nowadays. Helps me stay grounded though and value genuine interactions with good people more.
 
Yooo I tried some of that dark magic to force my workout. It felt good/dark shit was on my mind, but it worked.
