Guys, everybody goes thru periods like these. Pro bodybuilder, athlete, soldier, entrepreneur, everyone. You are not alone in this. Allow yourself a min and focus on what’s bothering you, wife, husband, work, injury, whatever it is focus on it. What is the problem? Is it in my control? How can I fix it? Come up with a plan then fucking put it to bed. Shoulder hrts? Fuckit , guess I’m training legs. Stuck trying to lose weight, guess I’m doing extra cardio and mixing in a salad. Wife’s not happy? I’m going out of my way to show her appreciation and gratitude. Stop with the fucking excuses and whining, it gets you nowhere. Combat it with actions. Your mind is much stronger than you think, and your body can take more pain tje you can imagine. Harden up, find the silver lining and ducking WORK!
