Glad I found this board, I hope to learn even more than I already know. Been in the UG forums since 2000 (not boasting) and there’s always new ways to get muscle gains. Glad to be here, my brothers. Oh, I’m 52, so I’m ancient to most of you but I’ve been in the game since I was 20. I don’t know what I’d do if I had to quit lifting.
