So got suckered in to buy the wife some flowers for Mother’s Day even though she’s not my mother. Lol. $75 later and the fucking things are dying already. WTF! Who started this stupid Idea of finding flowers anyway? Could think of 200 better ways to spend $75. Now you all had better luck

I obviously didn’t say that to her. Mother’s Day cost me about $500 between dinner, flowers and a cake. Let’s all circle back to Father’s Day and see how we do. Lol

I got hit with the same thing during valentines day. I decided to do flowers they tried sending 3x and all three were DOA I was so mad I will never again go that route 100$+ gone wtf for flowers. Dead flowers rotting stems each time.

If you haven’t seen the video of what they do to flowers coming through customs its absolutely crazy.
The customs officials say that they try to move coca in the flowers so they actually beat them to make sure nothing is hidden.
So when you order flowers imagine that they got there ass kicked coming into the country I can’t believe any of them make it through what I saw lol

I imagine it could be found on YouTube flowers I will buy from the hardware store moving forward

Years and years ago the US GOV’s attempt to stem the flow of drugs from there…

Propped up a bunch of “rose farmers”. Really… flower farms to give that region a viable income other than cocain. We subsidized everything to include zero tariffs… if I remember correctly, we were flying them up here free. The United States rose growers association (or something like that) pitched a fit because the free imported roses were undercutting the homegrown flowers by a very large percentage.

That was a long time ago… I lost track of the story but thats how I remember it.
