My current situation and plan

Gyms back open here in NM but the governor said closing again around Christmas. It’s a struggle and I had to lower my dosage by 50% to keep my BP sides down. I have changed my workout style to reduce size and overall weight long term. This will also help since less weight does also reduce my sides.

Due to the current situation here I am going to be fasting several days to try and get rid of some of this covid fat that has been slowly building, and anyway I already have extra. I will see how this goes this time since I did it once before with good results.

Have you found a trt Dr they do Skype with you and go everything im 47 and im on trt and i do a blast every now and then but i didn’t until i had my fat percent down at least in my 18 Percent range but have to follow the regime to the t and be patient burning off body fat isn’t easy as pinning test, and deca its about diet working out properly doing cardio then the rest is working out

So here are my highlights from blood work. I have been resting from everything for almost two weeks and I was surprised that some numbers test were still so strong. Now I have also been off for a week and lifting much more. Also, my diet has been off with holiday food. Any ideas or opinions. @Rusty @Dirtnasty @Optumpharma @Bigmurph

I would go
Donate blood as soon as you can. You red blood cell count is too high. This will fix it. Anything above 14 for a male is too high. I don’t think your in danger at 18 but I am no doctor. I do believe your probably a little more tired than usual (that’s how it affects me). Everything else seems ok. Your test can be high for weeks after you stop because it has a half life and some test like testE and test C have a longer half life.

Do you have a pct? What is it?

Your thoughts @NeuroRN

RBC is 6 actually @Rusty that’s totally normal. Hemoglobin/hematocrit gives a better picture of overall blood volume status.

I’m not sure what the context is here, T:free T looks pretty strong. If you’re on trt looks great. If those are your natural numbers they are good too.

Do you feel poorly? If so then maybe your body is used to higher numbers. Sorry I’m not super helpful, I’m unsure of the context here.

Ahh. Glad I asked. I thought the RDW was referring to the hemoglobin b/c it talks about red blood count. And it’s around the same percent.

Keep working out and get ready for pct or trt.
Either way those are good numbers for 2wks without the testosterone takes 2wks to start to completely leave your system (e and c) so that’s your numbers trickling down.

What’s your pct or trt look like?

I feel great except for muscle tightness around my left bicep and forearm areas of my left arm. So I found that my BP rises quickly so I’m now doing 1ml every 2weeks. It impacts me less and according to these numbers I’m holding my TRT well.

My red blood cells are slightly high and they may also be slightly larger. I did think about giving blood and also adding some more iron into my diet. I suspect this will improve on its own with less TRT and at 2weeks

I think this is not your best bet. One pin every two weeks is going to cause a wild rollercoaster of hormone levels. By day 4-5 you will see a sharp drop in the amount of test in your body.

If your bp is dangerously high pinning once every 7 days then you probably need to evaluate other underlying causes of the hypertension.

If you’re taking test e every 2wks you should look into neibido or testosterone undeconate. It can be injected every 4wks for trt dosing. Its expensive as hell but alot of guys sick of pinning alot really like it

I have my doctors appointment in 3 days for my annual physical. Hopefully he does not get to worked up by my test numbers looking so much better. @Dirtnasty is inspiring me to do a better job on diet and lift more. 12-15hr days really wear me down. I’m looking forward to starting my winstrol back up since I really noticed improvements last two times using it. No bulking for me anymore due to BP issues and I’m trying to get down from 250 to 220. Last year I was at 240 until I took up night shift. I also keep falling off my keto diet that really takes my BP to normal. Carbs really impact my BP so when I cut them I do better overall.

Okay so my doctor reviewed everything and was okay with all results and wanted me to adjust me workouts to reduce my overall weight to help control my BP better. He did change my BP medication, and was okay with my KETO and intermittent fasting diet plans. His only issues was with my cholesterol still being slightly high and with my blood work being different when I get off a long shift of 12-15hr at nights end of week. So in 3 months I will check my blood work again after I have my long night shift week to make sure it is not screwing with my body to much.

Gyms here are struggling but I am going to look for another gym for 1 day a week so I can do squats, deadlift, and maybe some cleans. Planet fitness is ok but has its limitations.

Looking to start another cycle of winstrol and was wondering if proviron would be a good fit. I’m sensitive to water gain and winstrol seems to really help along with my TRT. Any opinions @Bigmurph @NeuroRN @Rusty @Dirtnasty and I will be trimming down in 2021 lowering my BF as I go.
