I really appreciate everyone’s feedback and the fact that yall stepped up to give me advice, so i can at least do what I’m asked…so here I’ll be posting my eating habits, test e if I go back on it and exercise.

47 yrs old - 6’3" 280+ atm
My Goal
I am 38% BF
Slim down get my eating right nutritionally and timing eventually start lifting again

I am a landscaper supervisor and walk “aggressively” for 6 or so hours a day. For my size I dont slack off, I walk at just under speed walking lol

For eating today
7:45 am -Banana
2:30 pm - A Grilled cheese sandwich
6 500ml bottles of water
5 pm- 2 500 ml bottles of water
1 sugar-free Bang energy
1 pulled pork sandwich on a bun.
Currently drinking more water but thatll be all i have for the rest of the evening.

The exercise consisted of mainly walking (6 hours) and climbing close to 15 flights of stairs,​

Just one of those days i wasnt hungry. But when i went to eat i was ravenous.

I am finding I cannot eat.
I am noticing a trend of up and down calories and bad eating habits.

No…not yet.
I was found out i had very low test.
I was taking test e before that as i highly suspected i had low test. Hind sight i shouldnt have…

From what I understand Canada is a little more difficult to get script than USA also they tend to do real trt not the sports trt or whatever people are calling my cruise levels
 
We gotta get you an app brother so that you can count your calories and macros.

There’s many apps available that make this extremely easy. You will be able to calculate everything from bmi to bf to macro intake plus calories all in one spot and usually just have to scan the label.

I reccomend this heavily so that we can work on your diet day by day and the app will keep track of the analytics
 
I can’t get your macros from my app beings I’m in a hole here at work.

I will calculate them later if someone else doesn’t beat me to it.

Agree with everything above. You need an app and just plug and play. It’ll become very clear on where you need improvement.

The banana was the best food item you ingested. They’re low on the glycemic index and provide good carbs… and tasty.

The rest… not so much. You might need to consider changing up some things brother.
