Havent gotten any word from coach yet, but nice to see the scale moving a bit. This is my first time being under 3000 cal on low days in over a year and mannn was i hungry last night at work. Will talk to coach today about upping reta a little as ive been on 1 mg for well over a month, maybe even closer to two. Going to try and see how lean I can get with diet, reta, and cardio only before adding any of the Metabolic stimulants. But eventually I am thinking Reta, Mots, and Slupp. Clen If needed, but hopefully not.
