That tired run down feeling, for me at least Im pretty used to it. Same thing with pinning, I pin 4 x ED, 2 x gh pins, pre-work out pin and my tren a and Mast P pin, shit sucks, but hey who said anything is gonna be easy in life, if you have a goal you gotta reach for that shit, and yeah it might suck getting there, but when you reach that goal , whatever it maybe, you know deep down inside your a disciplined and dedicated motherfucker!

Beer and pizza always make me energized. And happy. And motivated. I’m too fucking old for a 6 pack and look bad at 8% BF. My age a bit of BF makes me look better. My wife does not like low BF me. As she says “ I like a bit of a handle I can grab on to. 😂.

Taking your pizza a beer advice… but eating Ben and Jerry’s instead. Dropped 10lbs in 2.5 weeks. And I’m still supposed to be cutting for 7 weeks.

I like my abs… my wife likes my abs… so lean cut down it is… but after this ice cream 😂😂
 
Lmao! I love the shit out of pizza, beer, and French fries. I haven’t had the beer or French fries but maybe 4 times in the last 16 weeks, and pizza just a handful, as well.

Honestly, it’s driving me nuts eating heathy all of the time to keep my damn Macros/Calorie goal each fricken day.

I honestly don’t want to eat a damn thing on some days, just because I’m tired of eating.
 
McDonald’s fries are still my favorite in the whole world. Hot, fresh, and salted, I can put down 4 large fries with ease. Match that with a triple Whataburger and I’m set for a few weeks of cheating.

I think I need to have more cheat meals, so I don’t go insane, like I have been feeling last couple of months.
 
It’s easy to cook at home with low sodium stuff, not adding salt related items, but I need McDonald’s sometimes I love it, and I’ve never been so strict with a “cheat meal” once a week and all that strict shit shit, so I’m gonna enjoy it
 
You want the best fucking leg workout ever? Swear to god. Eat a double quarter pound with cheese and large fries with sweet tea about 3 hours before a leg workout? Will NOT tire them fuckers out… but that’s me…😉
