Quick little intro and a little about myself.

I’m 28, 5’10 @180 pounds at about 11% body fat. I am
currently looking to get stronger in Olympic lifts and I am in the best shape I have ever been in. Hopefully I don’t offend anyone here (lol) but I am more of a functional fitness guy. I need to be quick, strong, and I need an engine to earn my living.

I’ve done a few cycle of prohormones when I was younger (epistane, superdrol, old school 1 Andro.)

Currently looking to make the leap to a test only cycle to test the waters. My diet is on point lots of complex carbs, lean meats, and a ton of veggies and fruit. Never really stray afar from that except on Friday nights with the wife.

Thanks for reading this post! I’m interested in what you guys think would be the best for me going forward as for my goals and my fitness!

Sustanon 250 500mg split 2times a week 12 weeks add dbol 50 mgs per day split 25 mgs ceep caber or prami. On hand. And arimidex .5 twice a week moniter bp and get labs keep estro in 40s range and watch progesterone sides
 
I respect the hell out of Olympic lifts, no idea how anyone does them lol. A test only cycle is a good idea for a first cycle, it’ll get you right, and you’ll see results rather quick, especially considering you’re rather lean.

I’ll tell you how you do them explosiveness. I always look at athletes and think they should do the power lifts but really try and get good at the olys
 
Welcome brother!!! Sounds like your on a good path. I did CrossFit a while back and they taught and advocated doing Olympic lifts as part of training. I didn’t do it for long but it I remember establishing the proper form was a real struggle for me. I had to go to mobility classes to help get my form better. Wish I would have stuck with it.

Your in a good place here. Folks around these parts will take good care of you. If someone gives you bad info @Bigmurph will catch it and set it straight. If another patron doesn’t do it first.
 
The only one I can even kind of get the form for is the clean, and thats cause we did them in weight training in high school. I watch it sometimes, and am taken aback by it.
