That’s definitely the goal to hit 600 bench by the end of the year I haven’t competed in about a year. So it’s time again to really test myself. I think I can break into 2100, but I really want the infamous 800/600/700+. I know I can squat 8 as I have done it in training, but I’ve never benched 6… but when I take my halo vitamins my bench goes up about 5-7%
