Just reread your introduction. Most of us do not post any measurements. Some do if that’s what they want to track or it’s important to them.

Personally the last time i put a tape on myself was measuring for some single ply gear…15 years ago or so.

Dhb we hit 600 on bench by end of year
 
That’s definitely the goal to hit 600 bench by the end of the year I haven’t competed in about a year. So it’s time again to really test myself. I think I can break into 2100, but I really want the infamous 800/600/700+. I know I can squat 8 as I have done it in training, but I’ve never benched 6… but when I take my halo vitamins my bench goes up about 5-7%
