Hello, 22 years of age with 8 years of experience lifting, running my first cycle. I’ve been stuck at 175 for almost a year now. Hoping to gain some mass this cycle. I’m planning on running ascending amounts of test for 12 weeks and 4 weeks of pct.

Brother being stuck at a body weight for a year is not the end of the world. Not uncommon at all. I was 220 for over 10 years. To gain for a pr run on the platform I had to eat ridiculous amounts of food for a year… for health reasons recently I dropped 15 pounds and the only way was counting every crumb i stuffed in my cake hole.

You’re probably not eating nearly enough. Not an insult. Most folks don’t eat anywhere near what they think they are …excess or deficit.

Welcome to the UGMuscle.

Bloodwork before
Bloodwork during
Bloodwork after

That’s the ONLY way to know how you body is reacting to what you’re doing to it.

Also that’s the ONLY way to know if your PCT worked.

You need to know your levels, that way you know what your “normal” is.

Just can’t stress it enough gotta know where your levels are that way you know after a cycle of you have returned to where you started.

And eat some food!

Welcome bro and like everyone else here stated . Your pretty young to start this journey but to each is own . Do lots of research and ask ask ask those questions. One yr is nothing . I was 135lbs ripped all my life up until 32yrs old but I was sick of being that skinny guy lol Just turned 36 got up to almost 200lbs I’m now 188lbs. I first spent about a yr reading researching compounds soaking up everything I could before hand on here and every other source I could find . Your in the right place that’s for sure . Good luck with everything

Welcome aboard. I’m just gunna say it 22 your natural levels should be more than enough. Hard gainer? If you ain’t eating 8000 calories a day of good food, gains will not be your friend. 🤷‍♂️

Welcome aboard.

1- I would guarantee you are not eating enough. If you are hard gainer, 5,000 cals to start.

2- get labs done

3- what is your training like? Ie, split, intensity etc?

4- what is your recovery like? Sleep, rest, etc

5- GEAR IS NEVER A SHORT CUR FOR HARD WORK AND DISCIPLINE.
Unless you are looking to be a pro 22 is WAY to young to start.

Write down your diet, training etc, let us look and give an honest assessment of where you are.

Hopefully he will post a detailed journal of,
Dailey nutritional intake. I’d like to see the composition of the actual meal, so what protein source, carb, fat and quantities
Water consumption
Current list of supps

Great advice from all above. Hoping you post a response to the questions asked. Also IMO 22 is quite early to jump in. Maximize your potential through the years and if you reach a major plateau and/or symptoms of low T, then consider. I know it’s tough to do (hold off), but your body will thank you as you should be producing plenty of test at your age.
