So here it goes! Ive been off the gear game for a bit like 2 years and recently started again for trt. Im going to be 100% honest with you guys I’m a fat sack of potatoes. I have been trying my hardest to cut this fucking stubborn fat. I have a little home gym setup nothing big a treadmill and a weider weight system. I use the treadmill At least three days(most ive done is 5 days) a week for 45 minutes. Im 23, 300lbs , 5’8 ft , yes im on trt because i went into the gear game not knowing what i was doing with little to no research and completely screwed up my hormones. I now am knowledgeable and know a fuck ton more than i did with a lot more research from 2 years of research. I know all you guys on here are like veterans so please show me Da Way. Teach me my Brudas

It happens to almost all of us at the beginning if you learned from it your a smarter and better man now brother that’s what mistakes are for lol

Young though is there a reason for starting early or personal choice?

Welcome.

Not going to get much into AAS with you. If you’re on TRT stick with that and only that at this point.

About the weight and getting that under control, this needs to be a priority. I recommend cardio daily. Start with 30 minutes a day. Also strength training. You can do a at home full body workout 3x a week which would be good.

Now DIET. This is the real variable that will bring changes. Download myfitness pal, but a food scale, and start tracking. I’d just start with what MFP calculates as far as calories go for losing 2lb per week. Macros I like 40% protein, 40%carbs, 20% fat to start with, and can be adjusted depending on how you feel, results, etc

Best of luck man and reach out if you got questions. Focus on the diet and training. AAS won’t be anywhere near as important for this
 
Also, consistency is everything. You don’t have to go overboard with anything major to get good results. Just small changes and being consistent will let you achieve your goals
 
Given your age, I would work on tapering that test dosage and using HCG to restart your HPTA. No matter how badly you fucked it up with gear usage, you are so young, it almost certainly will come back, though it may take six months or so. Once your levels return to normal, diet, cardio and hitting the weights are your friends. Assuming your HPTA restarts and your test levels return to normal, I would not opt for gear for another two years at least.
 
Ive been yo-yoing for three months going down to 282 and i waited a week checked on the scale and i went up with no change in diet.
I cant say exactly the quantity im eating but everything in my house changed like lean meats, vegies, wheat bread <-(i recently learned carbs are carbs so its crap aswell) .we used to eat rice now we nolonger own white rice only the little boxed brown wheat ones.
 
When i used gear two years back i lost a bunch of weight i got to about 220 but i was taking a lot of things and got very mentally unstable and very aggressive i felt like leonidas from 300.
I took
50mg winstrol for 1-4 weeks
20mg Superdrol for weeks 5-8
50mg dianabol for weeks 9-12

But no i did not stop there my dumbass reading on those bs website with little to no real info said 500mg test E and 600mg deca a week for 12-16
After that point my mom (which btw is the one who injects me) told me i was to aggressive and she grabbed all my clomid and nolva and decca test fucking everything and emptied in a garbage bag and tossed it. I then went kinda crazy i did no pct she wouldnt let me take anything. Im very stable now and im back on gear because i lost libido and i want to lose weight. The trt cured the libido issue now in having weight issue
 
Wow bad advice that was too run those orals straight one after another?

That’s a huge cycle 600mg decca I tried to run it and pulled back to 450mg estrogen went crazy BP was out of control.

You should be on doctor supervised trt brother getting blood work, donating, pharma grade meds. That’s the right way to go for you right now brother.

Im cutting myself the struggle is real and I don’t have trt lol smh
