Thanks @PNWmuscle. Goals are pretty simple at the jump. I def want to stay lean but would welcome some help in gaining maybe 10 lbs of solid muscle on a clean bulk. Recovery in mid 30s isn’t what it used to be either. Been debating short/long term options still have quite of bit of research to do.
 
@Bigmurph thanks brother. Mid 30s, father, had a good training stretch that was put on hold for a couple of years. Been focused on cutting the last year and happy with body fat % and ready to start dipping the toe in a beginner bulk. No stranger to putting in the work at the gym but this area I’ll be a total beginner. Taking my notes.
 
Nice brother sounds like you fit right in everyone is here to help. Just read the rules and remember were not a market place.

Its perfect for learning the “lingo” and what works for who and some of the generalized stuff. I’ve been doing this stuff for over 30 years and don’t know half of what these guys talk about BUT if ya ask “what is that”…they’ll stop and answer.
