That drop off is hormone roller coaster that we all try and avoid. It’s bad health wise …mentally and physically.

You’re off to a great start.

Keep looking down the road. You’ll see your peers dropping off like flys.

You’ll hear crap like “ I’m 40 whatever now… I’m just getting too old” to that I say BS! No reason you can’t be reasonably spry through your 60’s into your 70’s.

I’m turning 62 this year… I’ve got great decades in front of me.
 
haha no, I couldn’t take proviron even if I wanted to. My SHBG is waaay to low already.

I am in the “don’t do any extracurriculars for a year while you dial in your trt and learn how your body responds” camp.

Then increase test (only) until you hit your max without symptoms. Then look at adding something if needed after hitting a plateau.

The above could be 2-3 years for some…maybe more.

I was reminding everyone it’s the free test that is important. Some doc’s don’t even test it in a panel, and many docs don’t base protocols off of it.
