Novice here looking for recommendations

BACKGROUND

I am 27 and I’ve been lifting on and off for 10+ years now. The last few years I have been consistent in the gym. I like good food so I eat pretty much whatever but I do intermittent fasting so I’ve pretty much maintained the same weight and BF % the last few years. I’ve gained a ton of strength from cycling and from being natural but not so much size (which all reflects on my diet I know). My goal for the next cycle is to clean up what I eat and go into a calorie deficit to help cut down the BF. If I had to guess I’m probably around 20-22% but would love to get down to 13-15% and maintain that.

I am also 5’7 and weigh 173-176 depending on the day.

Welcome that’s a of aromisin how did you feel on cycles cause at that test amount if the stuff was real you would have likely crashed estrogen. Th at is unless you aromatize like crazy
