Depends on your reaction on Deca. I’m a less is more type of guy. If 100mg works for you stay with that. I do 200mg myself when on 500. And 100 when on TRT. split as well. The only thing I really take is Adex. And that’s when I feel the estrogen building up. I know my body pretty well now. And honestly I only use it when I am on week 8 or so of 500mg a week. When I am on TRT dosing. Rarely if at all take Adex.

OK so I had my blood work come back and I went and saw my doctor. She said that she wants me to reduce my testosterone and see if that lowers my estrogen levels by itself. She thinks with me quitting drinking and exercising again that it’s possible my own testosterone has started producing along with the injections making my numbers so high. It looks like everything is really high. She didn’t prescribe an estrogen blocker either. Can you guys help me interpret these numbers?

No need that u do that but i would take 1 femara today and then one more in 12 days and then make one more lab.

Use 20mg nolvadex eod when on gear.

Your estrogen levels are very high I would take nolvadex or raloxifene then also definitely start using an aromatase inhibitor like aromasin or exemestane femara will work but I believe aromasin is the better option it will start to work fast and then you can do bloods in 3-4wks make sure that you are back in range.
