PIP pain and how to ease it?

I actually keep the bottle in my pocket for a while as to use body heat to warm it usually. Of course I clean it thoroughly also.
 
@Ominous Its Test E 250. .6cc twice a week to equal 300mg. It’s not a lot. Actually I was using a different “brand” and ran out two weeks short so I dipped into this new stash and that’s when it started. So I’m guessing it’s the oil. Feels like someone hit me with a bat. Tough to bend my leg fully so I figured if someone suggested massage or hot/cold pack or stretching or whatever, I’d give that a go. Leg day is gonna be a BITCH. Ha ha
 
Ok. How long of a needle. 1” or 1 1/4”?
And your body just may not like that oil and mixture of that “brand”.

I have a few I can barely lift my leg for three days if I do a quad shot. But another brand. Fine like it never happened. All in the mix.

Heat pad. And possibly try a different sponsor/ brand.

But you should not be crippled after an injection. So it may take a few brands to figure out who has the smoothest and most tolerable blend.

Just my .02.
Been in the game since the early 90’s. I’ve had a few brands that would not work and some that were great. All trial and error. That is the bad side of it.
 
Ok. Glutes. I found. 23g 1 1/4” work best. If I used 1”. I got a lump. From oil not going deep enough in the muscle.

All depends on the body.
 
I’ve gone back to 1.5 on glutes because I got sent a free box from ordering wrong. I ordered 1.5 told company o wanted 1 they sent both charged for one box
 
Idont think any of our current domestics use the “super solvents”…EO, Guicol, That Mig whatever that ended up not being whatever it was supposed to be. I was getting bad PIP from the higher mg or blends because I think its the easy way to get the mixture to stay in Solution. Mybe I’m wrong but for me its just the regular mg amts 2-300 for deca, 200-250 for test and hopefully MCT or Grapeseed sterile. I used to mix suspension with a little oil bsedd of some sort and no pip except when I would fuck up and almost fall over doing the reach around, Then flex the glute as you switch, plus a long time ago we used a “z technique”( @NeuroRN ) and being 280 trying to do that in your glute is difficult. sometimes you hit the wrong spot. PIP to me is the at least 1 day of burning, uncomfortable, kinda where we got test flu from. you just feel its not right. i have scar tissue to some degree and I know when I push through it. I have tried 25g and it seems like too much pressure for 3cc. I still use 22g 1-1.5 matters if delt or glute. I wish I had someone to do it for me, Im getting, am old and I am set in my ways.
 
I think we’re still “supposed to use” z technique. The only time I give IM at work is to violent and icu psychosis and at that point we’re just trying to get them down.

I use Z track on my quads when I can, but I can’t reach anywhere else to do it correctly.
 
I was seeing a RN a few months back who taught me that z method. I can’t do it myself but I noticed when she done it. I never felt anything. Didn’t bleed or leak any oil. She was pretty great.
 
Been pinning for over 30 years and still get it occasionally.

I just pay it no mind and carry on.

Same. No biggie, it happens.

I do warm up my vials in a bowl of hot tap water before drawing and injecting. And I don’t inject quickly. Maybe 20 seconds for a cc. I also massage the injection site for a couple minutes afterwards.

I use 1” 23g for every location. I only pin glutes and quads.
