Teaching kids sports. One of my favorite things.

Kids are going to their grandmas on their moms side. The wife and I are going to Chicago to go to seafood city on Sunday. It’s the closest Filipino store to us A 2.5 hour drive. Ughhhh. But we always have fun there. Then go to my parents and eat some Easter polish soup. Called Bosch. I know it’s not spelled that way but that’s how it sounds.

Housing market down here is hot. Since hurricane florence…it’s been at a premium in eastern nc

That’s what happened to all the country land and homes here. People from Chicago buying them for weekend homes and drive the price way up for us locals

There is one for sale on my dead end,I’m really hoping a local buys it

We don’t care for them too much around here either. They are rude. They drive rude. They just don’t fit into our small town mentality

In the summer its bad. There’s so many on the highway it clogs everything up. Turns a 20 man n ride home from nto an hour.

We bought a hose two yrs ago lived in it for little over 1yr and sold it for 60k over what we paid. There are no houses in the county Amazon moved in with 5 warehouses and building more plus a lot of industrial and people came flocking we bought a really cheap double wide put it on family land a d already have it sold to keep from paying it all back buying another house prob now is wood is outrageous particle board is 30$ a sheet here plus school system where my wife teaches is top notch city school a lot of state championships and such for many sports. So all the parents want their kids there they have to do a lottery for the schools pre-k so many people here now speaking of my boy he got in!!! I

Wood is ridiculous now. I about stroked out at our lumber yard… 6x6x8’…$50 a piece!!! I ordered 6 of them…i told the dude to call an ambulance, I’m having the big one.

Very! I don’t know what’s driving it. Years ago the Chinese were building a big dam and required worldwide concrete resources and drove the price up for a couple of years.

Thats a massive dam they built to control all that water.
I will say it now but the best long term investment is in fresh water. Water will be more than gold in less than 20yrs

California, I believe, the farmers are fighting over aqueducts… drilling farther and farther down. Draining them immediately. The well drillers are making out like fat rats.

California is going to be a huge dessert all the way moving north until you get to the bay area.
They have tried to become the biggest agriculture state and have destroyed their water resources.
Just the fires every year are really hurting them

Hanging out with my son in about an hour. It’s a beautiful day where I’m at, so I think we are gonna play some hoops at this outdoor rec by my place. Always a good time with family.
