Soooo I pulled my head out of my azz and buckled down… I found UGM in the process (not over dramatizing)… this forum has made a life changing path for me.
With all that blathering… yes so far I’m track, in the next couple of months; if I can stay above 200 lbs and have a 6 pack, I will have lost every bit of 10-15 lbs of fat while putting muscle on.
