I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little scared of getting hurt. I dont have any more aw sh!ts left. An injury at 60 yo could very well be the end of that movement.

Just got an idea for an article.
 
A wise man told/asked me once a long time ago when I was throwing caution to the wind…
