I’ve heard celery can help with BP. Trying it out myself to see if any change. I’m just eating a few stalks every morning. Some people take celery seed extract and says it helps as well

I actually have the same thing going on in my left leg right above the knee just like yours except mine is much smaller honestly but has me very worried.
