Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

Thank you sir.

While i got you… why wouldn’t my BP go up during after hard leg training?

Bc you’re a machine.

Haha honestly… I don’t know. It’s an INCREDIBLY positive indicator of great aerobic cardiac health. Which is a good sign for your DM2.

Do you have any idea what your heart rate was?

I wish I had a better answer. It should have increased relative to the workload… but if It didn’t that theoretically indicates that it didn’t need to. Meaning your heart didn’t have to thump and squeeze harder to get blood where it should- which means those arteries may be as smooth as a racing slick!

Haha looks great. 95 indeed. Honestly I don’t know why BP wouldn’t rise as expected.
1.Maybe your HR wasn’t elevated long enough to effect cardiac output? Cardiac output= heart rate x stroke volume. Stroke volume is made up of preload (fluid volume status), contractility of the heart, and after load (systemic vascular resistance).
2. Your blood donations are paying off keeping it within normal viscous ranges keeping BP PERFECT.
3. Arteries are nice and clean, giving your heart a low total peripheral resistance keeping it nice a low.

These are what affect BP. Maybe try keeping your HR above 100 during workouts and seeing if the affects BP? What’s your normal resting HR?

I have four cups of coffee before 8 am every day. Can’t function without it. Interestingly, if I have it after Noon, it makes me feel horrible. So just in the mornings. Lots and lots of it. I would think in your profession, you would be a huge coffee drinker!

HA! I actually used to be. Like reallllly unhealthy amounts of caffeine. Had to cut back.

Now I drink 3 a day. One before work. One at 11. One at 4.

We had a for real coffee place open 24/7 at one place I worked… that’s when the problem started. Espresso all night!

I usually have 2 in am and 2 in pm… last one usually before 4p unless I’m partying hard then me and wifey will have one at 6p…stay up to 9:30 or so… middle of the night. Hahaha

I’m getting a little nervous about my labs this Saturday.

In the past I’ve put in what I thought was correct work only to have a crappy a1c. Very disappointing.

My last one was a home-run. I just went over every day of macros on my app. I feel good about it but still nervous.
