Haha looks great. 95 indeed. Honestly I don’t know why BP wouldn’t rise as expected.
1.Maybe your HR wasn’t elevated long enough to effect cardiac output? Cardiac output= heart rate x stroke volume. Stroke volume is made up of preload (fluid volume status), contractility of the heart, and after load (systemic vascular resistance).
2. Your blood donations are paying off keeping it within normal viscous ranges keeping BP PERFECT.
3. Arteries are nice and clean, giving your heart a low total peripheral resistance keeping it nice a low.
These are what affect BP. Maybe try keeping your HR above 100 during workouts and seeing if the affects BP? What’s your normal resting HR?
