Feeling good…feeling dangerous!

Bench press with homemade fat bar…65lbs

225 x 2 for 6 or 7 sets maybe 8 lost count. Why 2 reps you ask… well because im lazy and 2 reps at a time was easy. I didn’t even stand up just sat there in between sets. They went up quick.

Mucho back shoulders arms abs.

Ayyyyye! I feel you on this sir! Hahaha dress shirts are total conundrum. If your by neck and sleeve specific- the waist is huge. If you buy XXL, the neck for sure won’t fit. Even from these athletic clothing companies. I don’t mind. Never like ties anyway.
