Todays training and shenanigans

Chiropractor at 9am.

Late afternoon training.

Heavy bag for 1 minute rounds with abs in between x 8

Single leg work… light

Posterior chain… light

Walk around yard with baby girl buzzing around on bike x some.
 
Todays training

Single leg work 4 x 15 each leg

Hack type speed squats 3 x 20

45 degree back raise with weight 3 x 12

Neck and abs

Used new knee sleeves elitefts heavy duty 3xl. Probably could have went with 2x but these are just fine.

Weight this am was 202.4

Hahaha skinny would be a nice change of pace!

I fluctuate from 202-204 down from 220ish. Been stuck there for months now.
