I had a conversation with my wife last year.

I’ve, literally, been studying this stuff since I was a young teenager. I have binders full of info and a bunch of books. There was absolutely no reason for me to get “old” the American way… I have the knowledge… I just needed to buck up and apply it.

It’s a major experiment on myself.

So here I am on UGM going thru the paces.
 
I have had a similar conversation with my wife, who is eleven years my junior. Upshot is that there is no reason not to employ well-known, tried and true “life hacks” to improve the quality of one’s life and extend it. And sometimes, that involves experimentation and risk, albeit within boundaries. The upside is way too attractive to ignore.
