Problem with mycelium

Hello all,
I’ve been having problems with mycelium. I enter all of the information to purchase crypto, but when I press buy now nothing happens. Some advice would be highly appreciated.

Write a help ticket to gildera or to mycelium which ever your using to purchase.
They should be able to get you squared away.
Ive noticed lately that I have been needing to send a transfer twice to get it tl to go through seems like a backup to make sure that you really want to do what your doing but im not positive about that the help tickets are the way to go

I just used them yesterday the app on phone and bitcoin ATM to buy coin and make purchase only second one with mycelium but everything worked fine I did notice a little scketchyness with app I’m on iPhone
