Re Birth Rather Than A Comeback!

@Poppy , need a little advice from someone who played my game and is older than me… how much GH you use??? I take 2 IU/Day right now, the heavier my weights get, the worse my shit feels… should I up it??
 
For me… 2-3 iu a day with a couple of days off a week seems to work. I have bumped it up to 4 -5 but my already mauged up hands take a beating.

I’m like you and spent decades in the trades which is having some long term negative effects on my forearms/hands/fingers. Without the gh… I have limited fine motor skills with my fingers. I hold my fork spoon knife very strange now. Oddly enough my grip is still in tact.

Said all that to say… maybe bump it up to find your sweet spot but be prepared for some discomfort/pain from all those decades of welding.

My hands are garbage, my ex used to accuse me of having Parkinson’s… I have the shakes something terrible, and in the AM, my hands don’t work, I drop EVERYTHING… my shakes stem from ADHD as a kid, both hyper focus and hyper distractive… I was all over the place … not just the trades, we share years on the platform too, I think that’s exacted a bigger toll…

When I bench, it always feels like I can’t squeeze hard enough….. but when I deadlift, after I set the weight down, it’s next to impossible to open my hands
 
Update… my body feels like a fucking train wreck today… I can barely bend my knees, banded DL’s will be a blast me thinks
 
Week 8 - Current…. Percentages are getting higher, body is getting angrier… this mornings deadlifts will be fueled by the fact that I have to shit like a Goose

Wrapped up my 12 weeks, been just going to the gym and fucking around the last 2 weeks. The last week of my program was all AMRAP sets @ 90%, hit 270x3 on low box squats, felt something pop in both knees 😵‍💫.. bench was 225x4 (with reactive slingshot), and deadlifts was 407x5 (my coach called me a pussy for stopping, he said I had 3 more, but my right hand started to give).
Been working with a PT for my knees, I think we’ve narrowed the problem too, I need to squat flat footed. I never squatted with heal lift until my last meet, and I think having 1/2” is putting my knees too far in front of my feet. The next 12 weeks will concentrate heavily on Bench and DL, but still include squats with the weight trending back up as my knees allow. My original goal was to total 1200+ in a full power meet, which I still can, but my state record for masters and masters 1 DL is a shade over 600 lbs in multiple federations, so I have a secondary goal, deadlift 275 kilos or higher! I’m going to test this weekend, probably still not full ROM on bench, maybe a board press or pin press, but I’m hoping to pull over 500 lbs.
currently only running test @ 500 mg/wk, and 2.5 iu GH/day, when I start my next cycle I’ll probably use NPP with my test @ 2-400 mg/wk

Mentally I’m centered, FINALLY… after a few years of shit, I’m in a good place. But it’s not on my own. Between my therapist and the woman I’ve been dating, I’m off all the mind control drugs except Wellbutrin, and weed… It’s nice to have someone to talk to other than my counselor who does not judge, I never had that with my ex wife.
 
Tested bench and DL yesterday…. Rather disappointing, pulled 210 (462 lbs) kilos and felt like it moved like fucking mud, so I stopped there… watched the video and realized it moved MUCH better than it felt
Bench I don’t even want to talk about, I need to figure my shoulders out, like NOW
