Single Leg Ext 3x10@ 8RPE
Heavy Suitcase Carry 4x20 yards
Deadlifts felt good after not doing them for a couple of weeks, however around my working sets both my arms decided to go numb… 370 was a challenge to just hold the damn bar, and i tweaked something in my left shoulder. I pulled my set at 385, but wasn’t happy with it, so I called it a day for that. Everything else felt good
