Re Birth Rather Than A Comeback!

Started phase 2 today… the next 10 weeks will be hyper focused on strengthening my shoulders and bringing my bench back up, as well as continuing to move forward on DL. The squats will be variations, and all RPE based rather than percentage as I’m currently running PT for my knees and hips. Ran day 1 today, felt good. The workout was
Belt Squat 4x5@ 8 RPE
Seal Row 3x10 @ 7 RPE
45 degree Lat Pulldown 3x10 @ 7 RPE
Tricep Pressdown 3x10 @ 8 RPE
 
Day 2 was
DL @ 355x4, 370x4, 385x4, 400x4
Incline Press 3x8@ 8RPE
Single Leg Ext 3x10@ 8RPE
Heavy Suitcase Carry 4x20 yards

Deadlifts felt good after not doing them for a couple of weeks, however around my working sets both my arms decided to go numb… 370 was a challenge to just hold the damn bar, and i tweaked something in my left shoulder. I pulled my set at 385, but wasn’t happy with it, so I called it a day for that. Everything else felt good
