Hey brothers, I hope you’ve all been well, staying healthy, happy, and getting good muscle!
I started my first cycle 6 weeks ago, running the following:
600mg Test E, split 300mg E3.5D
50mg Anavar ED
Going to add 4 weeks of Dbol (50mg/ED) for weeks 8-12
I feel stronger (I think?) and I see some mild changes, but if I’m honest, I’m not happy with the progress. My diet is very on point, eating at a large excess clean (+1500 calories more than maintenance), my training is harder than ever (7 days a week, twice a day split morning and night).
I was going to run the cycle 16 weeks then go into PCT, but I decided to instead run it for 12 weeks then cruise on 160mg test prop/week (daily subQ injections) for another 12 weeks, then start my 2nd blast.
I’ll get bloods done at the end of this 12 weeks then prior to starting my 2nd blast.
Some misc. info:

Quite fat (258lb)
I eat about 4,000 calories a day (up from 2,500 to maintain at 238, I went up 20lb this cycle from water weight most likely).
My BP is 148/80 at rest (checked at doctor’s office)
I very infrequently use Anastrazole but my E2 is probably way too high (I figured I already have gyno from years of being obese that I’d need surgery some day anyways, so might as well let’em grow lol)
Questions:
Is it a good idea for me to cut during the upcoming 12 week cruise, bringing calories back down to 2500/day to go back down to ~230? I might toss in an ECA stack and taper calories down to 2000day, then add fasted cardio, to bring it down to ~210.
Is 2-4 IUs of HGH/day worth the investment or possibly too early for me?
For my 2nd blast, I was considering incorporating tren, but I’m worried about the neurodegenerative effects. I heard Trest doesn’t have these, any thoughts on a good recomp cycle without tren?
