I will be starting over with getting my diet and workouts dialed back in.

Taking into account advice from friends on UGM.

Goal one. Get bloods dialed in with light to moderate exercise and diet.

Goal two. Get body fat down to 22% ish.

Goal one and two will go together over a period of time TBD. No timeline on this. If it take two months or 8 months I will be doing this solely on TRT.

Goal three. Add in light AAS cycle increasing calories slightly trying to achieve a minor recomp dropping bf below 20% while adding on some muscle. Increasing workout to moderate heavy. Doing this for a period TBD.

Goal four once I’ve reached a state where I am happy with my health and physical condition just maintain and be the best version of me possible.

Doing all this while tracking bloods and blood pressure. Including lipids.

Once I am in a good place then I will probably train for some amateur events in boxing and kickboxing. Also thinking about taking up Jiujitsu as a hobby and for cardio.

Ya it’s time to start being smart. We have a lot of resources here to help us make smart decisions so why not be humble and heed their advice and make smart choices.

Yes I try and make calculated Risk based upon past results blood work and how I feel. That said I always say to myself I won’t mix tren ans sd then I mix tren and superdrol. I do goig. Forward once I start with tren and orals I’ll be taking slow release iron for ferritin. Guy on my main sponsors chat room told me about it and said it did wonders for him. Also probably wont run ment and tren together. We live we learn and hopefully do it better the next time

So far I’ve been eating much cleaner and a lot less in the evening. Been doing light workouts with a lot and I mean a lot of band work on my shoulders through the workouts not just for warm up but to keep them warm. So far so good. So far I’m down 10 pounds. Seems like a lot but I’m not doing anything crazy. Just eating smaller meals more often and cleaner. This will most certainly not be the pace in which my weight will keep dropping. I’m not trying to loose weight fast just probably happened cause my diets been so out of whack for so long.

Will check bf once I’m back to 245. That’s 15 pounds more. I’m sure it won’t be where it was last time I was 245 cause much muscle has been lost. It will be interesting to see. I think last time I was 245 my bf was around 23ish.

Doubt that will be the case.

Been doing all body weight exercises last three weeks. Air squats, stairs, calf raises, split squats, pistols, variety of pushups, dips, assisted pull-ups etc. eating caloric deficit. Current weight 250. Can see my muscle mass is definitely down from last time I was 245 so my goal weight is going to be 235 before I check bf. No point in checking it when down only five more pounds.

Body weight movements are way underrated. You can get in extremely great shape with those alone.

My opinion only: you’re no youngster these days. Very few can pull off carrying “mass” as they/we age AND retain their health.

@Kad1 and @PHD are two that come to mind right off. Neither gentleman are youngsters but are killing it. They put in the work and have (obviously) kept a close eye on their health. I believe that’s the big difference… life choices…make the best ones you can and reap the rewards or make bad choices and play catch up.

I put myself somewhere in the middle…

Also… I’m one that can NOT carry any extra mass… muscle or otherwise. Detrimental to my health.
