Today I did @johnjuanb1 chest and shoulder exercise day and man does it take a long time. But all the movements again are good to my shoulders. Doing the chest first warms up my shoulders nicely so I am good on his dumbbell shoulder workout. The front middle lateral raises do burn like fire and that is only with ten pound dumbbells. Slow movement with a slight pause to slowly rotate then back again. Had to do this very slowly or I mess up the form which is probably why it burns with ten pounders lol And yes I am lazy. Why write it out when I can screen shot it from johnjuan.
So yesterday I tried to hit the numbers you suggested I kept track of everything and this is how I ended up. Keep in mind what the wife makes for dinner for everyone is part of what I have to work with. I can adjust to what size portions I eat of the variety she makes somewhat

I obviously went over on fats. I don’t think I should be too worried about the protein going over it didn’t by much but I missed the Mark on the carbs by 133. I worked out hard yesterday. Should I have found a way to consume more carbs even though I am already slightly over on calories. Or just leave it alone? Next time I can use fat free dressing for the salad and then eat more carbs.
