@Bigmurph , I’ve been at Union Meetings, when I still cared enough to go, where our business manager or agent were threatening to take guys out into the street and tune them up if they didn’t like the way shit was going… things are way different now

This is exactly how it was when I was in the business.
I’ve seen a person get thrown off of a roof single story but still it was crazy back in the day on jobsites.

Naw. Just not enough veterans in the trade for a growing company. Most veteran guys are settled into the company they wanna retire with I think
