242 this morning. I just figured out for past 2 weeks been doing .3 ml Ed test c. Switched to slin pins and supposed to do eod. I’ve been doing 420 ml test on accident spaced that one lmao no wonder I’ve been feeling so chipper hahahahaha
 
Found this on internet. Gonna give it a try. It has twice as much electrolytes at liquid IV and half cost. Liquid iv has some vitamins but I get those from my daily vitamins anyways. And I am on 100 mg of clen now so I won’t take my potassium and magnesium pills tomorrow then I will know if this shit is legit or not. If it’s not I will get some serious cramps. If it’s good I’ll be cramp free.

Ive used something like it and it wasn’t useful what is extremely useful for hydration is coconut water you get vitacoco stuff is great. Pedylyte is probably the best besides the IV bags.

Go with mio its cheaper and has more electrolytes in the sport versions they have Gatorade green and if you use the other brand they have poweraide blue. They work great brother
 
I love coconut water. I buy it by the case at the Asian or Mexican stores. 16 oz cans less than a buck a piece. Make sure it’s pure water though cause they also carry a lot of coconut drinks with additives and sugars. I took one serving of that Dr Bergs electrolyte drink and no cramps today and I had 100 mg of clen. So I think it’s good. I’ll keep trying it for a couple days with no other electrolyte drinks to make sure. I do like the taste of Liquid IV better. But this seems to be a much more inexpensive alternative. I usually need two liquid iv per day if running clen and so far only one of Dr Bergs. @NeuroRN
 
Liquid iv adds up quick. I buy in bulk when they have sales.

I usually buy coconut water at Costco for intra workout shakes.

100 of clen and I would be in the fetal position!
 
Ya I started at 40 and worked up. Had to figure out what body needs. I was taking three potassium and three magnesium pills per day plu one liquid iv. Or multiple Liquid iv. Slowly went to 100. Lots water and electrolytes for me.
 
Benadryl does actually work but the Ketotifen is also an anti histamine. I don’t know the exact breakdown but I know that Ketotifen works much better than benadryl
 
I honestly don’t know I usually can atleast repeat the science behind it but on this its just benadryl does work but the Ketotifen is better and shortens the length of time off and also clears the receptor better I imagine I will have this answer soon im burning through the books from roidtest so I should know exactly how Ketotifen works soon enough
