The variation i do is the same exercises but I do 6 reps of everything rest 90 secs…5 reps of everything rest 90 seconds…down to 1 rep. Speed counts form not so much.
 
Only sixty five pounds and still kicked my ass. Hahahaha. I don’t think I’m gonna be real aggressive increasing weight. Made back fairly tight. But it’s a great alternative to cardio cause it is cardio but not the same thing over and over for however long. And makes me breath much harder.
 
Haha I don’t want to get on the naughty list. Apparently you seen ot though!

I’ve decided once I hit 290
I’m throwing cardio in so I can still get all the food in but try and not continue the fat gain
