The variation i do is the same exercises but I do 6 reps of everything rest 90 secs…5 reps of everything rest 90 seconds…down to 1 rep. Speed counts form not so much.
Only sixty five pounds and still kicked my ass. Hahahaha. I don’t think I’m gonna be real aggressive increasing weight. Made back fairly tight. But it’s a great alternative to cardio cause it is cardio but not the same thing over and over for however long. And makes me breath much harder.
Haha. That’s about right. Ya it’s definitely cardio but much more fun and time goes by a lot faster. I like it am glad @Poppy told me about it. Have you ever heard of that @Bigmurph
