Second Cycle Log | Test E 300mg/week + Var | Advice Welcome

@NeuroRN I appreciate the insight man, will definitely consider that next time I cycle.

As for everyone else following along, I will give you an update tomorrow. I’m about 2 weeks into the cycle so far. So I will post photos, meals, workouts tomorrow for everyone to see. As always I appreciate all the comments & concerns & suggestions :call_me_hand:t3:
 
2 WEEK UPDATE

Roughly been about 2 weeks I believe, weighed in about 186lbs. So I’ve kept a good amount of size from the previous cycle.

Weights are going up, started splitting my workouts into

Chest / Shoulders
Back / Abs
Legs / Shoulders
Arms / Abs

Enjoying the feeling of focusing solely on one body part at a time. Will log my workouts this week so I can give y’all an update on how I train.

Always man, hoping that I stay more on the lean side. I need to incorporate some form of cardio, but I am fried after my workouts 😂
 
I think you can gain a tolerance to qny steroid if blasting at higb levels. Trt or near trt will not cause down regulation androgen receceptor.

I’ll keep it short & sweet, this was my workouts this week, doing arms tomorrow. This was all about volume & control, damn did these hurt so bad. I will post what weights I was sitting around for the bigger exercises after this post. Try one of these & let me know what you think!

Chest Day
Incline Barbell (5 working sets x15)
Seated Barbell OH Press (4 working sets x12)
Cable Fly’s (4 working sets x15)
Decline Press (4 working sets xAMRAP)
Tricep Rope Push Downs (5 sets x12)
Overhead Tricep Press (3 sets x12)
Back Day
Lat Pull Downs (5 working sets x15)
Bent Over Over-Hand Rows (5 sets x10-12) (From the Floor)
Underhanded Seated Rows (4 sets xAMRAP)
Incline Bicep Curls (4 sets xAMRAP)
Seated Hammer Curl (3 sets xAMRAP)
Leg Day
Leg Extensions (5 sets x15)
Sissy Squats Holding Weights (5 sets xAMRAP) (GO SLOW)
Walking Lunges Holding Weights (3 sets x12 each leg)
Leg Extensions (2 sets xAMRAP)
 
4WEEK UPDATE | 1WEEK OF VAR

Roughly been about 4 weeks I believe, weighed in about 192-194. So I’m continuing to gain some weight while reflectively staying lean.

Let me just start by saying I am only taking 25mg of VAR daily for the first 2 weeks then upping it to 50mg for the last 6 weeks.

With that being said, holy shit have I felt it since day 1, the pumps are DISGUSTING, on top of that, I literally feel like I could never stop lifting during my workouts, while lifting heavier on every single exercise… shit is ridiculous.

Getting enough food in is still my biggest struggle but I am doing the best I can with school & work. However, I am going to start incorporating Slow Steady Cardio 3 times a week to help tighten some areas up.

As always here’s a month update, I know I have a shirt instead of a tank but I felt as if it was an accurate representation of where I’m at, not just on days I train arms or chest. Let me know what y’all think or if you have questions/concerns.

Also, for my own curiosity, recommend any meals? That you prefer? Looking to try some new food instead of chicken daily :man_shrugging:t4:
 
Looking good man.

Egg whites in the carton are game changing. 50g of protein and easy to carry around.

Ground Turkey.

Ground beef.

Ground bison.

Rice noodles.

Rice cakes.

Rice.

Rotisserie chicken.

Costco has some good pre prepped foods.
