Second cycle thinking about adding NPP

At 200 mgs water retention is minimal… cardio / diet on point shouldn’t be any issues. I’ve done 200 test / 200 deca for entire summers with no water issues. Feel full / lean on the low does of deca though! Keep us posted!

200 is more than enough for the therapeutic benefits of nandrolone and depending on how concerned you are with your erections the caber is up to you. One doesn’t know until they try. That’s not a super high dose and you don’t seem to have problems with estrogen however nandrolone attaches to progesterone receptors and it’s believed by some that if estrogen is controlled then progesterone shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve only run into a limp penis when running nandrolone at 600mg and even then it still works it just might go soft during the act of intercourse and always soldiers on regardless.
 
I heat up some water about the same temp as coffee. Put my vial
In it but not submerge it for about a minute or two. Once warm I can use a half inch 29 gauge and hit delts and legs cause I can hit the muscle good in those areas with a half inch. Then I massage the area good. I’m actually gonna get some 27 gauge half inch so maybe I don’t have to heat it up to be able to use the smaller needle. I can pin all over my legs this way also so I am not hitting the same general area all the time. Some guys use them in their biceps as another pinning option also. I tried that but it hurt so I don’t do it anymore.

Nice my process is similar. I draw with the 1/2 inch 29 gauge, takes forever. Then backload it into a fresh one. Heat some water and put it in there for a couple minutes then either pin thigh or ventro glute then use a massage gun to massage the area
