September 26th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Hit back and bis today. Flew off the rails a little with my eating. Had pineapple and eggs white before gym then a shake after. Few hours later more whites and 2 pieces of French toast. Then it was pasta and chicken sausage. I doubled my normal intake of cottage cheese and had a yogurt. 2 pork loin tacos and finished the night with 2 eggs on English muffins with cheese.
