I’m only doing 2 shakes a day and I’ve been using the same brand for over a year now, so I kinda ruled that out , I am in a high calorie surpluss with 400-600 carbs a day. I’m starting to think my body just can’t handle that many carbs. I was fine for the first month of my cycle, but maybe it’s starting to catch up with me. Diets somewhat clean, I am trying purely cycle for bulk so there are more cheat meals then I would normally do, but that’s just to keep my cals up. I wouldn’t say it’s a dirty bulk though, I eat fairly clean
