I believe that I only took it once a day because that’s what the instructions say but I would have to look up an old post to find it but I believe 1x in the morn 1000mg but I was also on my im going to use every supplement possible and had them all set up in one of those big plastic trays to remember to take everything correctly

Recommended daily dose of taurine is 5,000mg. It’s in a lot more workout stuff than you think though.

I take 3000 in the am. 2000 in the pm.

Test as Decca not NPP. Should be green according to @ROIDTEST this is clearly not green

@Kad1. I have a question out of ignorance. Has roidtest ever produced unexplained false negatives or positives?

I ask because I’m going to order on of their blood panels soon.

Yes for people who make fake gear and for people that don’t do the tests correctly.
I’ve never had a problem looks like @Kad1 doesn’t have any issues either he has found more mislabeled and incorrect gear than everyone but me because he tests all his gear

Test, test, test don’t allow anyone to be a sponsor and not hold up their end. If you test when you receive your gear there would be no problems because we would get rid of the sponsor or make them reverifi. They wouldn’t be able to operate if exposed.

From optimum if he was still around he could send another bottle possible mistake but more likely out of npp give decca.

I love that you test everything it keeps our sponsors honest now optimum wants to come back he will have to make that write and then some
