Suggestions for first cutting cycle

Was curious as what and how to use for a first cycle cutting. I’m 5”10 190lbs and the inbody scan said 13% bf

What’s your cycle history?

Test only is honestly enough. Even cruise levels 140-200mg a week is good as it’ll keep some water off and probably won’t need AI.

If you really REALLY wanted to add something. Injectables maybe primo or mast. Orals Anavar or Tbol.

Clen/t3 I have no interest in personally at the moment and haven’t researched, but maybe someone can chime in on that if you’re interested in learning more
 
And yes diet is everything. Do you perform better on rice or potatoes? How do veggies effect your digestion? Are your macros adequate for your goals? Do you consistently hit macros/calories?

If you can’t figure out the diet and works best, the gear isn’t going to do much
 
I did 4 weeks of test c 300, 1cc twice a week when I started working out and i was an idiot cause I had no knowledge as to what I was doing and after being on this site I realize how dumb I was trusting, listening to some guy at my gym :person_facepalming:t3::person_facepalming:t3: I didn’t know about a pct cause he said I wouldn’t need it. Or bloodwork which I’m going to do now that I know
 
I eat oats or sweet potatoes and a lot of broccoli and veggies for carbs. And my digestion is good. never really had rice cause I’m not a fan lol but if I have to I will switch and eat whatever rice. I’ve come so far and I want to keep pushing myself: I keep my carbs low, and I always get my macros pretty good. I use myfitness pal and I weigh and track absolutely everything I eat, And I always hit my calories. I went from 260lbs down to 190lbs.
 
Thanks man! And yeah my diet has played a big roll in it. I’ve lost a lot of muscle tho cause I was still learning how to diet. So I want to keep as much as possible now. And any suggestions on macros? They always confuse me
 
It depends looking to cut using testosterone

Cals depends on your maintenance amount you have to calculate everything
Carbs 300-400 as low as possible
Protein 2g per lb of bodyweight
Fats low
 
Macros bud differ from person to person. That’s why it needs to be tracked. Some people do ok with carbs others do not. Keep your protein high and adjust carbs and fats accordingly. Figure out what you need for calories to maintain your current weight and slowly shave some off.
 
I go off the tdee calculator and get 1900 calories but my macros I got from someone else. protein-50% 238g ,carbs 30% 143g and fats- 20% 42g
 
I would say with cycle history just stick with test only. 500mg of test does more than people think. Cycle length I’d do 12-16 weeks depending on blood work, blood pressure, etc. AI on hand and as needed.

Save higher doses and more compounds for your next bulk
 
Test is fine, you probably want a longer ester like E or C rather than prop, 250-500. Depends what your blood work says on 250 vs 500 since everyone is different. Even TRT dose is good

Probably throw in some var & proviron.

Im using test n tren & mast rn for my cut but it’s for sure not a beginner cut cycle. So just be smart and utilize your diet. Even on AAS, it doesn’t mean shit if your diet isn’t on point.

I noticed with me when I maximize muscle growth my bf drops a lot. Last summer my bf went from 23.? To 17. Just working out hitting macros like you showed and getting a REGULAR sleep schedule. I also like to add HCG to my cycles. It increases natural test and keeps nuts functioning normal. And getting carbs from sweet potatoes I’d good. You don’t have to use rice. Rice is easy and a great carb. So is a sweet potato. I mix them up.
 
I agree…your macros look like a good starting point. Adjust as needed. I personally like to pulse my carbs around training days/times.

You’re not shy about putting in the work so this is just one more leg on your journey.
