Hey @Sig516 that could be a lot of things. What concerns me is the two in 24 hours. Migraines can often cause nausea. I hate to say it but headaches have been a manifestation of the covid.

What were you doing when the pain started, first and second round?

What made your first headache better?

What have you done for the headache and did it help at all?

1st one i woke up with. Second one the second one i was messing with my wife a little. Nothing makes it better. Tons of tylenol ibuprofen alieve. Not moving helps maybe a lil…maybe. shit I typed that twice

Light sensitivity? BP? Any previous history of migraines this bad?

Honestly buddy, without my eyes on you. It sounds ER worthy. If you want to wait, If you have some Pepcid try that, and some Benadryl. Usually what we give in a headache cocktail.

I’ve had very few. Not this acute nor have I been double tapped by them before. Will do on the meds. Headed to e.r. by sunrise if its not gone. This is insane pain. Thanks for your time bro

Always! If I’m available I will always give my 2 cents! Try ice pack on the head. Turn the lights off. 50-75 of Benadryl. Sleep will help, or usually does. I’ll be up and available for awhile. Keep me posted.

Thanks bud. Weak, bp 160 over 85 avg no headache tho. Took 75 of benadryl slept like a baby

Good! Weak is normal. We call it migraine hangover. Hydrate, move around a bit, go for a walk, and get the endorphins moving and it should help a bit. Glad to hear this didn’t take an ER visit.

I’m glad to have a medical professional around helps a lot I bet I have only had maybe three migraines in my life but could barely keep eyes open
Had to just lay down in recliner in dark and head still hurt Advil and stuff wouldn’t help

Same goes for anyone here! As soon as I see the notification I’m always happy to help anyway I can. Migraines are crazy honestly. It’s some of the worst pain I’ve ever had…

Medically we know some triggers, but we really don’t know a ton about what makes them so severe. We get folks all the time who lost function of half their body, not a stroke, just a migraine symptom. that’s fucking wild.

Just got to er, came by ambulance, bp 200 over 100 pain insane. Goin for CT. If I die let me go down by saying this is the coolest group of people I’ve ever sorta hung out with!

I’m stable going back to Dr. 915 am. I’ve had a lot of i.v. bp drugs and pain meds. Dunno wtf. Happened but I’d sure like to know
