Always can count on GC! And so it starts…We are going to see what the legs look like after this past year debacle. Then its on even though the whole Dusty Hanshaw thing doesn’t make sense, SOOO SAD. I made a deal with the devil…continue the bridge program for my MSN , work, be a nice little guy and 2022 Masters USA and /or Nabba Nationals and the universe. Gruskin used to pay for USA bbers to go but its been so long that any good ones can do anything at the universe. No pressure, so worst thing is I look great again at 225. I might do a log but I don’t do anything esoteric, I train, I diet, I win…HAHAH But unlike most if I cant win the overall of a state or regional open not masters, Im not gonna WIn the masters top level. You’ve been warned…

One of the IFBB pros in my gym (who is 52) has decided to drop some weight and compete in Classic rather than gain weight and compete in Masters this year. I asked “So you gonna give Chris Bumstead a run for his money?” I loved it when he said “Who is that?”

I have to say, I am dying to know the routines/protocols you guys use. When I was chatting with the IFBB pro in my gym whom I know, the difference in muscle density AND size was just dramatic. I’m no small guy and in reasonable strong/good shape, but a decade of training/juicy/dieting and I still wouldn’t hold a candle to this guy. So it really intrigues me to know how he/you got there.

I know. Noone wants to believe that, but they certainly play a large role. That said, I don’t think I’m hampered in that regard, just perhaps not gifted. We will see!

I work with this guy. He did this his senior year at 132 pounds. It’s more than I can do know. You can tell by looking at him that his genetics are superior for lifting. Keep in mind these numbers are in Kilos.
