Reading your workout routines makes me feel like I’m overdoing it or spending too much time in the gym each day. I try to get done in ample time, but I don’t feel like I’m getting a good workout if I’m not doing at least 4-5 exercises for primary and at least 3 exercises for secondary. (i.e. Back & Bi’s)
Probably a mental thing, but I just feel like I have more in me, even with being off all stuff for last 4+ months.
