The Ozempic Files

Not really. Trimming up is more like it lmao. Naw just kidding. Not really doing much of anything. Between all these side projects trying to not fall too far behind on bills and coaching six days a week plus Joes stuff. There is lieterally not enough time in a day.

My man…I thought you were on (paid) coaching for diet and training…along with some premium gear…

Am between cycles rn. And just way way too much life happening and that bad ass shoulder injury I got benching. Last one ended mostly getting shoulder somewhat back in working order. They helped a lot with that. But soon enough will be back on horse especially now with Joe just finishing his last round of chemo. He got back home from hospital two days ago.

That’s the right decision. I didn’t. Want to sybit at time but I would have put off pushing anything till life somewhat normalized for you

Changed my weekly injection day to yesterday (Sunday). According to manufacturers directions, you can change days so long as there is at least 48 hours between injections. So 6 days was plenty.

That was week 4 of the .25 assessment dose. Next dose will be .5.

For those that have never pissed blood.

When taking ozempic and jardience, the need for hydration goes up exponentially. You pass a lot of carbs/sugar through your urine while on these meds. I can tell if I don’t “extra” hydrate on some days…feels just like pissing blood.

Failure to keep your pipes flowing freely can lead to urinary track nasties.

I’m sure there’s other beetes meds that work the same way. These are the two I can speak on.

Passed an extremely large stone several years back and was pissing blood for a day or so. It tore me up.

Here’s a day of nutrition the day after my dosing. Had slight hunger earlier after training and lunch. Had 1/2 cup Trail mix. Below is after supper. Probably get a small snack later.

Again…I’m still figuring out the eating on this ozempic.

I’ve ate 4 slices of pizza on it and felt like crap for a full 24 hours.

I just can’t eat my normal portions. I’m thinking I have to be very wary while actually eating. Take just enough bites (about 1/2 to 2/3 of a normal portion) and walk away…at least for an hour or two. Just STOP eating.

Very early Sunday morning (2a). I start my .5 mg dosing today. This should be interesting.

Sitting here thinking about it. .25 mg made me feel “full” most of the time… I’m getting ready to double the dose.

I’ve comfortably cut ~200 calories out of my diet on .25. I’m stocked up on oats, tuna packets, protein powder and peanut butter. I get plenty of veggies at supper.

We shall see.

Had breakfast and did my first .5 dose.

You can see in the sight glass where the medicine is and the gray plunger. I actually watched it today. After hitting and holding the button, you can see the gray plunger plunger moving. It moved a substantial amount at .5. The pic isn’t the best but it has a screw jack on the back that pushes the plunger as the counter ticks down to zero.

Has it improved your fasting glucose level?
I bet it would help insulin resistance caused by long term high dose HGH use. That’s what interests me since I’m taking 8ius HGH per day. I have no idea what my blood glucose is. I hate getting bloodwork, doctors, etc. I used to have a glucose monitor but it’s long gone.

First day on higher dose and I’m stuffed. I worked my butt off around here today. Little appetite.

Below includes a cup of whites i plan on having in a bit. Right now nothing is appealing to me.
