Here’s the log from last nights deadlift deload. 3x5 at 350 with no AMRAP set didn’t really feel like a deload, but 2x8-10 on everything else did! First set of pulls felt pretty heavy, but the next two sets felt better, not sure if I JUST wasn’t that into my workout as I do not like deloads, either way I pushed on and finished and was pretty happy with the session as a whole. Tonight will deload bench, then no gym again until next Tuesday. It will be a nice little break, but the job will be stress filled for them days I’m out of the gym
